Training for IP Enforcement Authorities

On 26 February 2026, our LEXEL team successfully delivered a training session for intellectual property (IP) enforcement authorities, including officials from the Department of Intellectual Property, the Customs Department, the Department of Special Investigation (DSI), and the Economic Crime Division (ECD) Police. The training was designed to enhance officers’ ability to identify suspected counterfeit products at a preliminary stage and to reinforce the importance of maintaining vigilance in detecting potential infringements. The session also aimed to strengthen efforts to protect intellectual property rights.
