Special Lecture: Sharing Insights on IP and Innovation with Future Scientists

On August 13, 2024, Dr. Radeemada Mungkarndee, an alumna of the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University, was honored as a special guest lecturer for the course ‘Open the world of chemistry,’ a role she has been invited to fulfill for many consecutive years. She delivered a lecture on the topic ‘Using IP as a Tool in Innovation Process’ to first-year students.

During the lecture, Dr. Radeemada shared her experiences as a patent attorney, discussing the need to combine knowledge of both science and law in her work, as well as the importance of intellectual property in fostering innovation.
